All of our products are handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Please note that slight variations are part of the handmade process, making each piece unique.

All Sales Are Final
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

Returns and Defects
Returns are accepted only in the case of a direct manufacturing defect.
If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos and a description of the issue.
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for replacement or repair.
